Wholesale FAQ — Canan Vietnam Gowns

Everything Philippine wholesale buyers ask us before their first order. If your question is not here, message us on WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger — we usually reply within 12 hours.

1. Do you sell to individual customers?

No. We are a wholesale manufacturer, not a retail store. We supply boutiques, dress rental shops, distributors and Facebook livestream sellers. For single-piece retail purchases, please buy from one of our partner boutiques.

2. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Standard wholesale order: from 20 pieces, and you may mix styles and sizes. Sample orders: from 5 pieces. For your first order we are happy to start small so you can test the quality and your local market.

3. How much do your gowns cost?

Wholesale prices range from $20 to $50 USD per piece, depending on style, fabric, beading and finishing. The exact price is confirmed per style (SKU) in your written quotation.

4. How long does production take?

Standard production lead time is 15 to 30 days after deposit and written order confirmation, depending on quantity and design complexity. Large or heavily beaded orders may take longer — we always confirm your date before you pay.

5. How do you ship to the Philippines? Is shipping free?

We arrange consolidated sea freight, door-to-door where available, to Manila, Cebu, Davao and other destinations. Sea freight keeps your landed cost low for bulk orders; air freight is available on request for urgent shipments.

Shipping is not free — it is calculated per order based on volume, weight and destination, and is clearly stated in your proforma invoice before you pay. Transit time depends on the destination port and shipping schedule, so we confirm the estimated arrival date in your quotation.

6. What are your payment terms?

Standard terms: 30% deposit to confirm the order and start production, 70% balance before dispatch — after you approve the live video inspection. We accept bank transfer (T/T) and international remittance services. Full payment instructions are on your proforma invoice.

7. How do I know the quality before the goods ship?

This is the part we take most seriously. Before packing, we do a live video inspection with you — measurements, corset structure, silhouette, beading and finishing of your actual order. Nothing is dispatched until you are satisfied. This is how we guarantee that what you see is what you get.

8. Can I order my own designs or my own brand label?

Yes. We offer full OEM / ODM services: your own designs, custom measurements, your brand’s woven labels, hang tags and custom packaging. Minimum quantities apply for custom development — ask us for details.

9. Can I get exclusivity on a design?

Exclusivity can be arranged for specific styles, subject to a minimum order commitment per style and per season. Tell us which styles you want to protect and we will discuss terms.

10. What if there is a problem with my order?

Report any defect, shortage or wrong item within 7 days of receiving the goods, with photos and video evidence. We will repair, replace or credit the affected pieces. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.

11. How do I start ordering?

Send us: your store name and city, your business type, the styles you are interested in, your estimated monthly quantity and your target price range. We will reply with our catalog and wholesale price list.
